Learn basic principles of self defense with simple and easy-to-learn moves that work in a variety of situations! Practice introductory striking, escapes from grabs, take-downs, some ground fighting, and basic safety to defend yourself and prevent becoming a victim of physical violence. A demonstration and review of basic self-defense weapons, such as pepper spray, will be included! Ages 13 & up.
